Who's going to MacWorld?

I'm about to get showered and head over (though it opens at 11 today, vs. 8 the rest of the week. Must be a lot of hangovers after opening day, or something <lol>).

I don't know what I want or need this year, but I like to go and see the new stuff, regardless. And get more schwag that I SO don't need around the house. I still have my epilepsy-inducing Google magnet on my 'fridge from last year's (or was it two years ago?) Google Earth for Mac release.

Anyhow, just a reminder...it's all week, at Moscone : ).

Went today. I'm a bit jaded though...although I did think the AirBook was pretty neat...although I wasn't all that fond of the keyboard, the iPhone functioning touchpad was cool. Also neat were the touchscreen converted Macs demoed at another booth. But, the coolest thing for me was talking to the LaCie people about how to configure some Bigger Driveā„¢ boxes I'd acquired that didn't have any harddrives in them--I learned that I'll need four drives per box to get these guys up and running. (Now all I have to do is finish a project that is tying up some 120s and I can get some serious storage working with this USB 2.0/FW400/FW800 box online...sigh.)
